Terms of service

Last updated 16 October 2026

These terms are between you (the business signing up) and QLD Design ("we"). By signing up you agree to them. Questions: mark@knightfitness.com.au.

1. What you get

While your subscription is active we:

Bigger jobs, like online shops, booking systems, payments, logins, extra pages or integrations, aren't included. We're happy to quote for them separately.

2. Price and payment

The subscription is $99 a month (AUD), charged in advance to the card you give at sign-up. Prices include GST where it applies. Your first month is free: your card is charged when the free period ends unless you cancel before then.

If a payment fails we'll let you know and give you a link to update your card. If it isn't sorted out, we may take your website offline until it is. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email or text before any price change.

3. No lock-in: cancelling

You can cancel any time from your private page. Your website stays live until the end of the period you've paid for, then it goes offline. We don't refund part-periods, except where the law requires. On request within 30 days of cancelling, we'll send you the text and images from your website so you can use them elsewhere.

4. Your content and your domain

5. Acceptable use

Your website mustn't be used for anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may refuse a change, or take content down, if it breaks this rule.

6. Availability

We use reliable hosting and aim to keep your website online all the time, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable, for example during maintenance or an outage at one of our providers.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where we're allowed to, we limit our liability for a failure to supplying the service again or refunding the fees you paid in the three months before the problem, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

9. Changes and general

We may update these terms. We'll tell you about important changes at least 30 days before they apply; if you don't agree, you can cancel before then. These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
